Philip Olmer

Solicitor · Director & Founder

Philip has over 35 years' experience as a Solicitor in the Real Estate industry. For more than 25 years, Philip was a partner in City law firms, Berwin Leighton, Olswang and Nabarro (now part of CMS).

In 2014, Philip joined a leading global real estate asset manager as head of legal and compliance in London. In 2018, with Brexit a fait accompli, Philip decided to set up Compliance On Demand having identified a need for tailored compliance and regulatory support for the real estate sector. Compliance On Demand counts LSE listed REITs, FCA Regulated Investment Managers, ultra-high net worth investors and some of the best known private fund managers and estate agencies among its clients.

Philip holds an SRA practising certificate and is also approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to serve as Compliance Officer and Anti-Money Laundering Officer for FCA regulated fund managers, a role which he holds for Orchard Street Investment Management.

Philip also sits on the RE:UK Regulatory Committee and Compliance On Demand is a proud member of RE:UK.

Deborah Lloyd

Solicitor · Real Estate Fund Consultant

Deborah also has over 35 years' experience as a Real Estate Funds Solicitor and was one of the legal pioneers of the UK real estate fund industry in the early 1990s. Deborah and Philip were previously partners together in Nabarro. In addition, Deborah is past Chair of the Association of Real Estate Funds and is Deputy Chair of INREV.

Deborah's focus in Compliance On Demand is as our Real Estate Fund Advisor. Deborah joined the company in May 2022, and brings with her unrivalled knowledge of the real estate fund industry. Deborah also holds roles as non-executive board member of Kames Target Healthcare Fund, a consultant to the fund manager Curlew Capital and deputy Chairman of the University of London's estates committee.

Geraldine Mash

Commercial Real Estate Agency · Lead Consultant

Geraldine joined Compliance On Demand in January 2025. Until joining the company, Geraldine was for 16 years the Head of Compliance at CBRE UK, the foremost global real estate brokerage. With over 30 years' experience in Financial Services and Real Estate Compliance, Geraldine is a well-known figure in the industry. As Consultant Lead focussing on the Commercial Real Estate Agency Sector, Geraldine will be helping us to spearhead the expansion of our services to Commercial Real Estate Agents.

Outside of work, Geraldine is a governor at a local primary school and is a strong advocate to expand diversity and inclusion in the workplace, specifically for those with sensory disabilities. In her spare time she looks after her granddaughter and is a keen gardener.

Jordan Murray

Head of Corporate Administration Services

Jordan has over 7 years' experience working in the real estate industry. Jordan's role includes managing the day-to-day operations, assisting with AML projects, and registering overseas entities on the new Companies House register.

In addition, Jordan assists on client development and client care initiatives, a natural role for her given that she loves to organise and host parties for friends. She is always the first to arrive and the last to leave any event.

Cristo Brodie

Trainee Solicitor

Cristo joined Compliance on Demand in October 2025 after completing the first part of the Solicitor Qualifying Examination. He holds a Master’s in Law from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Laws with Business from the University of Exeter and is currently working towards qualification as a solicitor.

Cristo assists clients on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters, with experience across corporate and commercial work, anti-money laundering and financial crime. He also supports clients through regulatory examinations and provides legal and regulatory advice, as well as assisting with the registration and verification of overseas entities at Companies House.

Outside of work, Cristo works with a charitable foundation and enjoys football and golf.

Michael Ferris

Paralegal

Michael joined Compliance on Demand in February 2026, having graduated from Cambridge University with an undergraduate degree in Law. Michael’s role involves providing a wide range of support to the Compliance on Demand team across their Anti-Money Laundering, Corporate Governance and Overseas Entities services.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys travelling, live music, and rock climbing at his local gym, where he can usually be found outside of office hours.
